It took many a try, but she finally found some in the bathroom cabinet, and ran back. "Joseph, do you faint at the site of blood?" Elizabeth asked. "Like, a lot of blood?"

"Then I need you to help me with this. I'm going to do something very risky, it could kill her it's so risky, but it could save her if it works. It's the only idea I have, unless you have a better one. We need to cut her open and stop the bleeding." Elizabeth said. She was scared of what she was planning on doing, and if she killed her... but it was something she needed.

Joseph's hands began to shake, but even as he did so, he tried to remain calm. "Liz, we cannot screw this up..."

"I know this! But do you have any better ideas?" Elizabeth demanded.

"...One." Joseph said. "Sadly, it's not here at the moment..."

She looked at him. "Oh. The blob. Unfortunately I have no idea how to summon it. I wish I did. I really don't want to do this." She went off to the kitchen and picked up a sharp knife, then ran it under hot water for a few seconds. She went back to the area where Joseph was with Angel, and took a position beside her. Taking a deep breath, Elizabeth pulled up Angel's shirt, exposing her flat stomach, and looked at Joseph. "Ready when you are."

Joseph sighed and nodded. "...Ready."

Elizabeth began to cut an incision down the open area. When she had just barely finished, however, and while blood was dripping across her middle, there was a squeaking sound. She stopped, and listened as Squooshy the blob hopped up the stairs and onto Angel's chest. "Squooshy!" Elizabeth breathed, and dropped the knife on the ground. "Tell me you can heal her. Please."
Squooshy smiled, closed its eyes, and began to sing and glow.

"Please..." Joseph whispered as the Squooshy began singing. Please work...

As Squooshy sang, the healing worked from the inside out, and it took several minutes. They knew it had worked once the incision knitted itself together and Angel's breathing evened out. Elizabeth breathed a sigh of relief. "Squooshy, I swear to God, you are amazing." she said, leaning against the wall. "Thank God..."

"That was so close... too close." Elizabeth breathed, closing her eyes.

Joseph sighed in relief as he fell back into a chair. "...Hey Squooshy, maybe one day you can teach me how you did that." He said, almost jokingly, due to the relief of Angel being ok.

Re: The Haunted House on the Hill Part 1
Elizabeth laughed. "If so, that someday has to be soon. We'll need it."
Angel felt quite odd during all of this. Right after she passed out, all she saw was black and felt agonizing pain. It was some time later, it could have been an eternity, it could have been seconds, that she felt a burning slash right through it. But something held her back from crying out. Afterward, the pain began to die down, and she felt nothing. Was she dead? No, she couldn't die. She couldn't leave Joseph, Liz, Denny, everyone behind. She fought to come back, but it didn't take much effort, and she discovered she wasn't dead when she opened her eyes, and saw Joseph. Wait, I can see? What? she thought, and grinned. "Joseph." she said.

Elizabeth looked at them both. "What did I miss?" she asked them both.
Angel sat up slowly. "Don't worry about it."

"Ok..." Joseph said, before turning to Liz. "So, how did the search for the clock in this room go?"

Joseph sighed, before getting up. "Kay guys, first order of buisness is to make us some weapons."
"If we're going out there searching for that clock, we need to be sure we're ready for Steve."

"I know Angel has her whip, I can use this knife, and there are more knives around here if we need them." Elizabeth informed.
Angel looked at Joseph. "I like the name you gave it. It works." she laughed.

"Can you hand me two of those?" Joseph asked Liz.
"Yeah, figured it make him seem less threatening." Joseph explained to Angel, smiling.
