"O-oh...O-okay..." Sage said, and thought of the most destructive thing she could.

"And... go!" Nathan commanded all of the aura around him forming a beam that curled off of him and piled directly into the orb.

Zackary slashed through the air, as lightning came down onto the ball from Sage.

The orb began to shake before glowing red. It shuddered some more as they all piled more flow into the orb. It didn't take long and then suddenly with a loud shattering sound it exploded, sending shock waves crashing into the surrounding area; tree's being floored and dirt being thrown up.

Nathan was sent flying but using his super speed managed to catch himself on a tree.

Zackary had righted himself with the wind, but Sage was blown away.

"Well, that was fun," Zackary mumbled.

Nathan sped and caught Sage before he could fall before sighing. He could see a purple gem sticking out of the ground.

"T-thank you..." Sage said.

"Good luck in rescuing your wife." Elder replied.

"Thank you." Joey said with a nod, before turning around.

Nathan smiled and set here down. "It's fine." he said. Slowly he walked over to the gem on the floor. After a quick analysis his eyes bulged. It could boost flows...

With a frown he gestured and the gem became encased in frigid ice. Once he was certain of it, he pocketed it.

And then an influx of flow coming at them from all sides began to shake the village.

"What on earth...?" Zackary muttered, getting ready again.

Tiresias was waiting outside the door with her arms crossed. "So you're still going in?"

"Uh, yeah? She's family, and our big brother is stuck in their too." Josh replied. "Never turn your back on family."

"Only cos' the shitheads in here are too scared of Nathan to be judgemental," Luke replied cynically, still feeling a bit pathetic after that.

"If anything, I'm more determined then ever." Joey said, not even turning back

Josh and Al followed Joey back outside. Some of the kids had run up to the chimera.

"Still sounds boring," Jamie yawned again.

Joey walked over to Ven, who was slightly amused by the kids.

Nathan frowned and a light burst out of him. A eagle as big as a large hill appeared and Nathan looked visibly taxed.

"B... both of you on... we need to get out of here."

Sage didn't waste a second, and got on the eagle's back. Zackary frowned, buyt still got on.

With a mental command, the eagle took off into the sky at rapid speed.

"Every single person in that village is coming at us..." Nathan said calmly his gaze narrowing as the eagle sped in the direction of the village as Nathan began to gather flow.

"Zackary, if you could... hit anyone in the skies and divert any attacks that come near us."

"Course. That's the easy part," Zackary said with a shrug.

Kira sighed frustratedly, squeezing Luke's hand. "At least he didn't scare them into turning on us. It could always be worse..."

"It could always be worse," Luke agreed, nodding.
