CD pulled out a walkie-talkie, and began to report to his superiors that the Maid was awake. He was then ordered to go check on the Heir, to see if he had been awaken as well.

He turned to the girl one last time, before turning around, and heading toward the moon's other tower.

"...But as the Hero of Time, it's my job to manage all the time loops, and stabilize them." He continued, before looking up at the house.

"Oh, so I've already started building your house up to the first gate." FJ said, now noticing that Jane's house was now about a story taller.

"First, what we know so far in the future, is that we're spose to build up to those gates." He said, pointing at the area above the house, where a glowing circular thing was floating. "Each gate will take you to a different location, but there are multiple gates leading back here, across you land, so it really shouldn't be a problem."

".....what?" Jane staggered backward. "You're kidding me. You're lying." She said, her voice weak. She dropped to the ground on her knees, and burst into tears. "It's my fault!" She wailed. "It's because I didn't eat the apple in time!"

"No...really, this would have happened, no matter what we did." FJ said, trying to comfort her. "Really, the timer was a warning system, the meteor would have come at the same time, regardless of when the time started."

"...We can't fight destiny, Jane." FJ said sadly, as if remembering previous events. "...The human race, presiding on Earth, was destined for destruction..."

FJ was silent, with an understanding look on his face, remembering that he had gone through the same thing. "Jane...you cannot give up hope, now..."

"How can't I?!" Jane said angrilly. "They're gone, all of them! They're not coming back! There is nothing left! How can you stand there and tell me not to give up hope when I've just lost everything!?" She screamed. Not sure what else to do, and despite her messed up ankle, she started running.

Jane soon found herself near a small village of sorts. Small figures were walking around the village, going about their business.
