Aculeus walked for a few hours before finding an overgrown park where he could hide and rest. He crawled into some thick shrubs and pulled his cloak hood on. He had lived in forests for all of his until recently so he knew he wouldn't be found unless sometime stepped on him. Aculeus closed his eyes and fell asleep.

"The former's nothing I haven't done before," Danny replied, shrugging too. He wasn't much good at saving lives.

"Can't be too hard," Josephine chuckled, growing out her wings and leaning back on her heels as she walked.

"That's what I think," Danny replied, almost surprised the girl was of a similar mind. Then again, looking back on how she'd been up until then, it made sense. Good to know she wasn't going to disagree with him to be petty.

Isaac walked through the hallways, searching for Sam, Jim, Aculeus, Manda, Sparrow and Leon. He hurried back up to Aculeus's room, nearly bumping into Manda as he did so. "Oh...Hey. Could you guys go wait in the lobby? I need to make an announcement."

Leon sensed the auras of others heading toward the lobby, so he headed in to see what was hapening.

"What is it about?" Suzume asked, unamused. "And if it is important, I suppose I will go find Planty."

"Wa-" Manda made a slight noise of surprise and stumbled a bit, when she righted herself she nodded at Isaac. "We'll go."

Isaac shrugged. "I was just going to let everyone know we're letting Jason and his group in. I just wanted everyone present. You...I'm not too worried about. I figure you'll do whatever you want regardless of what I say." he said with a chuckle.

"No shit," Suzume had a blank expression on her face.

Isaac shrugged. "Alright. You can stay with Sparrow if you want, Manda. It's up to you." he said, heading off. He left, searching for Jim. He went to go check in the room he kept his hover-cycle in, figuring he'd be there. He popped his head in, finding Jim with Sam draped over him. "Hey. You two. Lobby." he said.
Sam let go of Jim, stared at him a second, and followed Isaac to the lobby.
Isaac figured Leon would probably notice the auras heading towards the lobby and go there himself, so he didn't worry about it.

Xone saw the group congregating around the tower, and decided to go check it out. He saw three people heading to where the dark guy had went, some other guy with a rifle head off to the park, possibly the plant guy, and Isaac head back into the building. He decided the plant guy would probably be the most interesting, so he headed off in that direction. "Here Fang. I want you to find someone. Sniff around for some gun powder," he told the dog, hoping he'd be able to find him. Fang suddenly barked loudly, and Xone ran over to see the guy laying there, well hidden, but not well enough. He kicked the guy awake. "Hey."

Neveah saw Jason and the others coming back, just as she got the hang of the dark beams. Well, sorta. "Hey, what's going on?"

Aculeus dreamed. He was back in his home forest running towards his village again and when he got there all that was left were two bodies. His father's headless corpse and his mother's two vertical halves. Her crimson eyes were staring emptily at the ground when they suddenly turned and focused on her son.

Aculeus awoke when he was kicked by some boy and his dog. He tackled the boy into a tree and vines wrapped around the dog's paws, jaw, and neck. Aculeus had vines wrap around the boy which kept him tied to the tree and Nassvegil was at the boy's throat. "You have 10 seconds to explain yourself before your head rolls!" he yelled at this possibly new threat.

Sam and Isaac headed back downstairs. Everyone except the kid that Issac had seen on the horse and Aculeus were gathered. "Everyone, Jason and I have agreed on a treaty. They will be living here, but they are still independent from us. I expect we'll get along nicely-"
Isaac's eyes widened. Sam was tugging on his sleeve, pointing at the sky.
"Everyone, get ready to fight. Now." he said, forming ice blades on his arms, walking outside. The sun was suddenly gone, blocked out by a massive black cloud. The cloud was moving unnaturally fast, and the sounds of flapping wings, roaring, and screeching was present.
Sam walked up next to him, staring blankly at the cloud.
"Sam, go inside." Isaac whispered.
"No." she said defiantly. "I stand next to you."
Isaac smiled. "Let's kick ass then."

Manda's eyes narrowed when she heard the noises, putting a hand up her skirt to take out one of her revolvers.

"Manda, get inside," Suzume swore, looking up at the sky. "I guess they just love to die."

Leon took out his swords and stood ready for the first demons to attack.

When the Sun went out Aculeus looked up and saw a massive amount of flying demons. There were however also demons heading towards the tower on foot. "Fight by my side," he told the boy as he released the vines from the boy and his dog, "Use my rifle if you must." Aculeus removed his cloak and vest and walked into the street.

Walking up the street came a greater demon with flaming skin and wings of shadow along with about 40 other demons. Nassvegil began to seep poison and Aculeus' vine arm became a thick bark shield. Aculeus yelled as loud as he could, a banshee yell, and raised his blade. This is suicide, he thought. The demons began to make a rough line across the road with the Greater Demon at the center. Today is a good day to die.

The first wave of flying demons was upon them. Isaac unleashed a barrage of icicles, dicing ones that flew too low to bits with his blades. Sam was dropping them out of the sky with her knives.
The first wave lasted about a minute, before the next was upon them. These ones were bigger, and instead of dive-bombing, actually charged the elementalists. Sam rose a rather large spiked stone wall in front of them, spearing about fifteen, while Isaac continued to whittle away with his ice.

Any that weren't attacked, had spears jetting from the ground right at them. Ten per demon.

Suzume didn't play around.

Leon sensed Aculeus's aura about a mile away. He also sensed a being of great power and a lot of underlings. He took off running as fast as he could to help Aculeus with the demons attacking him.

Sam kicked the ground, causing a massive boulder to fly up, and sent it barreling down the street, right over a group of minor demons. Isaac impaled several more demons on icicles, and saw Leon running out of the corner of his eyes. "Think you can handle things here?" he asked Sam. She nodded, and jumped back to stand near Sparrow. "Looks like we're watching each other's back." she said, pulling out her handgun and firing rapidly into a crowd of demons.

Isaac tore down the street, trying to catch up with Leon, following him to a park, where a numerous amount of minor demons surrounded a Greater, Aculeus charging at them screaming.
"What the fuck...?" he said to himself, pausing to catch his breath, then charging into the fray.

"Stay out of my way," Suzume said, entrapping one demon completely in metal. She had a bored look on her face, as the metal started to crush the demon.
