Elena sat in silence for a while, having not been that scared and unaware of what was happening in a while. "I hope Erika didn't get eaten by the ground monster..." she mumbled.

"Y-Yeah..." Elena mumbled, though she sounded a bit unsure. Hadn't Erika been sick? She and what's-his-face had gone to the doctor's this morning. What if she couldn't scare away the monster because she was too busy vomiting? She let out another sob, hugging Simon.

"I'm just... scared." Erika said. "I'm scared I'm not going to be a good mom. But now that I had time to think... I'm still excited. I'm excited for this baby."

Elena cried into Simon's shoulder for a little while, before pulling away and rubbing her eyes. "I-I wanna go home," she announced.

Simon nodded, taking the girl's hand and leading them back to the huse. "Erika and Joey should be home soon."

Elena held Simon's hand tightly, eying the ground nervously, as if afraid that the ground monster was going to come back and try to eat them. When they got inside, she still stayed close to Simon, not wanting to be left alone.

Elena blinked, shock silencing her for a moment, before she picked up the closest thing to her, a bowl, and threw it at Joey, yelling obscenities she'd picked up from Heidi at him. Why would he make Erika pregnant? He was horrible!

Paul picked himself up from the rubble, torn and bleeding and looked at the wide eyed on-lookers who were just derping around like complete morons. "Um...." Paul choked out, "I just hit a house. Little help?" He then collapsed one more.
