Eagle's Landing
The school bell rang, signalling that it was the end of the day. Mrs. Henry opened the door to Room 404, not surprised that the President of the Student Council was already there.
Kim was staring at something outside the window, an eagle's nest. She smiled when their supervisor came in. "Good afternoon, Mrs. Henry~"
"What's so good about this afternoon..." Mrs. Henry muttered. It was the Student Council's first meeting of the school year...

Bingyu danced into the room, seeming to brighten it up simple with her colorful clothing. "The party has arrived~" she sang, twirling towards her seat.

Re: Eagle's Landing
Victoria walked in the room with a bright pink purse on her arm. She sat at a desk, and opened it up, pulling out a jar of dirt. No one knew the back story behind the dirt, because she never revealed it. Many people asked questions, and she answered most of them, except for any versions of the question "Why do you have it?" It was a secret she kept from the world, and it greatly amused her to keep said secret. Watching people's reactions were hilarious. She also pulled out a small green journal and a pencil and began jotting things down quietly in the back, which was unusual for her. She really was only quiet when she was writing, but once she wasn't she could dance and sing and do whatever and drive people insane. She was insane, and that was why people loved her.

Ian sat down across from Victoria, whistling as humongous mathematic forumlas and problems ran through his head...along with the old Batman themesong. Nananananananana...

Re: Eagle's Landing
"Is that everyone?" Kim asked. Mrs. Henry simply nodded back. "Okay, then! Good afternoon, everyone! The first Student Council meeting will now start!"
Mrs. Henry cleared her throat before speaking. "Ahem. For those who don't know me, I'm Mrs. Henry, your supervisor. I have one very important rule: either be productive, or I'll make you be productive. That is all."

"Alright, then, I'll schedule constant meetings with the Journalism club for Vicky!" Bingyu giggled, scratching things down in her agenda book.

Re: Eagle's Landing
"Define productive." Victoria said, & looked up from her book. She shrugged at Bingyu. "Oh well. More attention whoring opportunities for me."
Re: Eagle's Landing
"You're in charge of keep track of all the club budgets and such," Mrs. Henry said to Ian. "Since it's just the beginning of the year, you just need to make sure that every club pays their dues." She turned to Victoria. "If you're not doing anything to help out the clubs or the school in general, that's not productive."
"And speaking about clubs..." Kim looked over at the window, spotting a small camera outside, just next to the eagle's nest. "Stupid Journalism Club..."

Re: Eagle's Landing
Victoria jumped up, dirt in hand. "Oh! Move it, Kim. Let me see the camera." she dashed over to the window, and waved the dirt at it. "I raise my dirt to you, Journalism Club." she grinned maniacally, and walked off, swaying happily to non existant music.
Re: Eagle's Landing
"...Welp, I better check with the other clubs to see if they've paid their dues." Ian said. "Who wants to come with?"

Re: Eagle's Landing
"Can I set the Journalism Club's dues on fire?" Victoria asked them all. "Then they'll never pay it and we can disband them?"
Re: Eagle's Landing
"Count me out, Nugai," Bingyu said as she opened the window and carefully removed the camera. "I have to go burn this in a ritualistic bonfire. It'll be rainbow and shit."

"You can check after the meeting," Mrs. Henry said to Ian. "Just talk to their supervisors. Kim will help you, right?"
"Right!" Kim gave the boy a thumbs up. She shrugged at Victoria's question. "Sadly, we can't do that. The administrators would kill us."

Re: Eagle's Landing
Ian nodded at Kim and the teacher. "Alright, I'll go to each club after the meeting today."

"Okei~" Kim pulled out a green notebook and flipped to a page. "Anyway, I know that spirit week and homecoming aren't until next month, but after seeing how horrible it was last year, we kinda need to make up for it. Any ideas?"
Re: Eagle's Landing
"Rainbows. Rainbows everywhere," Bingyu said enthusiastically, sweeping her hand in a wide arch as she spun on a heel.

"And no one getting the jar of dirt isn't necessarily a bad thing." Victoria smirked. "Anyway, PIRATE DAY!"
