Lucrezia continued to enjoy her breakfast, asking questions or inserting small bouts of small talk with Kyuna and Zerez as she did.

The two did their best to answer whatever questions the Princess had posed to them, while Kyruna avoided somewhat personal ones, as best as she could.

Lucrezia noted tha avoidance of questions, but didn't comment on it. After all, they were all just getting to know each other. When they were done with their food the plates were picked up.

"Ah, that was nice... Kyruna, would you acompany me to the library. It's a free day from studies for me and I'd like to see some new selection shipped in from Estern."

Lucrezia inwardly sighed at the treatment. If this girl was going to be her guard the 'your Highness' and bowing was goign to grow stale very fast. The girl nodded to Zerez before exiting the hall, making her way back to the library.

The Overlord sat in the library, going through his father's journals, and sorting through official documents. He felt it neccessary for him to know exactly what was going on in his empire, including the military, politics, and economy.

Kyruna followed after her, mentally wishing she had changed her dress beforehand. But, at the same time, she was still tired, and refused to show it.

Lucrezia nodded and began to search through the volumes, her thoughts wandering back to early this morning... and her encounter with Magnus. He had a son that was older than me when he died... I didn't know he was that old. Military evidently keeps some people in shape. But... those treaks of gray tell he's also aged a bit before his time. Hmmm...
