"Have you seen the way they treat Heidi? I don't want to be around people who look at her like that," Benji responded stubbornly, crossing his arms and wincing slightly. Plus, they probably thought he was crazy, too, after he attacked the replacement.

"Good for you, Kaylee. Good for you. If you're done bugging me, then can you just leave?" Benji snapped agitatedly. He hated it here. He didn't want anything tying him here. Why couldn't Heidi stay with him? Didn't she like Ari and Jackie and Dom anymore?

"Ah, but was I ever really here?" Kaylee asked, now invisible. That had stung a bit, but nothing she wasn't used to.

"Doesn't matter if they see me talking to myself, they all think I'm crazy anyway!" Benji hissed. He grabbed onto the edge of the roof, swinging himself down onto a window ledge and hanging off of that before allowing himself to fall to the ground. With that over with, he stalked off towards the edge of the village.

Benji hissed again when he heard Kaylee giggle, really wishing that she wouldn't keep following him, or at least not be so annoying. He kept walking, stopping at the outskirts of the village. He wasn't quite sure where he was going.

Benji glanced around, not hearing anything for a while. Dammit, Kaylee was making him paranoid! He needed something to do to keep himself busy...but what? This place had such few sources of entertainment! If he was back home, he could have just found Seth and Tracy and they would've played in the fountain or something...

He swallowed back a lump in his throat, feeling rather homesick. He was such a wuss.

Kaylee just sat back and watch Benji think, wondering just what he was thinking. She didn't really have much to think about herself, now that she thought about it.

"Um, whatcha thinking about?" She asked spontaneously.
