Kira grabbed Luke's hand, stepping outside the storage shed and humming happily to herself. She was ready to go home.

Kira nodded in agreement, hugging Luke tighter with her one arm for a second, before relaxing as they reached the forest. "I was so excited I almost woke you up to tell you," she admitted.

Kira came back with a rather large armful of dried branches, looking a bit overwhelmed. She proceeded to trip over a rock, falling flat on her face, the branches rolling out in front of her. "...I got firewood..." she laughed weakly.

"Yeah, I'm fine," Kira smiled at Luke as she pushed herself to her feet, gathering up the firewood again. She'd skinned up her arms a bit, but nothing too bad.
