Heidi frowned, looking between the door and her bed. She then crawled into her bed, curling up underneath the blankets.

When Paul went downstairs he cooked up some steaks and potatoes, figuring Heidi wouldn't be picky.

After a while Paul came back upstairs to ask if Heidi wanted some food.

Paul sighed and went back downstairs, left Heidi a note, put the food in the fridge and left.

Heidi bit her lip as she heard Paul leave. Hopefully he wasn't mad...she just needed alone time to think everything through. She didn't want to become so weak that she needed him around all the time.

With a sigh, she got out of bed and headed downstairs, spotting the note and picking it up.

"to Heidi,
Headed out to talk to Kaylee. Left supper in fridge. Should be enough for you and Benji and another. Will be back later to check up on you.

Heidi froze, before groaning. What if Benji had noticed them, too? Dammit...

She called up for Benji as she got the food out of the fridge, before starting to set the table.

After a little while and had a rather awkward talk with Kaylee later, Paul came back to Heidi's house, though he didn't head inside immediately.

Heidi and Benji were sitting at the table, eating. Lucky for them, Benji had fallen asleep on the roof. Unluckily, he was sunburned almost everywhere.

When Paul walked in, he blinked at Benji. "I think I should get some sunblock anyways..." he muttered, shaking his head.

Heidi sighed, glancing out the window and wondering if Simon was okay. She missed him...

Benji continued to eat in silence, not exactly the most talkative person anyway.

Benji gave her an odd look before shrugging and giving Paul a thumbs up. "Yeah, it's good. You cooked it?"
