Kira fell quiet when Tom left, not quite sure what to do now. Either way, she was glad that the human interaction part of the process was done with.

"So now I light a fire underneath it, and we wait for the water to heat. Or..." Luke replied, laying a fingertip to the edge of the water. Immediately it became heated to around the level your average hot spring was.

Kira touched the water, gasping when she felt how warm it was. "Now we just have to figure out how to change the water," she smiled, before looking at Luke curiously. "I've been wondering, does the temperature of the water change how much it hurts...?"

"Well then why did you suggest getting hot water in the first place?" Kira asked, a bit confused. It didn't make sense if she was the only one who benefitted from it.

"It was only the tip of it," Luke replied. "But yeah, I think it it might've, a bit. I'm not sure I'd notice if it did."

"Alright..." Kira mused, a covering of leafless vines growing over the bath. "Now we don't have to worry about getting leaves and stuff in it."

She glanced towards the treehouse. "Would you like to help me weed the garden? We should probably harvest some of the tomatoes, maybe the cucumbers too...?" the last half was mostly just Kira talking to herself.

"I-It's okay, I'd feel bad if you did all the work, plus, I'm feeling loads better, honest!" Kira protested, though it was ruined when she sneezed, sending a sharp pain through her head.

Melaney blinked awake, mind partially blank, all she could remember was her dreams. When she looked down, her face went beet red, her shadows covering her instantly. She looked to Jasmine. "Wh-wh-what h-h-happened...?" she asked, her horror rising slightly as the events of the previous night came back to her.
