Heidi laughed, dragging Paul outside again. "No shit, Sherlock!" she laughed between coughs, trying to rub the dust out of her eyes.

Kira nodded, slowly calming herself. "I-I'm fine... Let's g-go..." she murmured, biting her lip as her gaze turned to the ground.

Benji simply raised an eyebrow. "Right," he responded, though it was obvious he didn't believe Simon.

"What? What happened?" Elena asked, still confused.

Elena shrugged, following after Simon, sitting down at the kitchen table, swinging her legs as she hummed to herself.

Benji stood awkwardly off to the side of the room, not quite sure what to do.

Heidi looked down at her clothing, letting off a string of curses as she pulled off her poncho, snapping it, before trying to brush the dust off her tank top and pants. "Goddammit, Paul, for someone so damn smart, you're kind'a an idiot," she teased.
