"Yeah, bye," Heidi called over her shoulder, a few stray wisps of Flow coming off of her. She didn't want to hang around Joey too long, or she'd blow up his head in front of Erika, and that would be bad. That would be very bad.

"I...see," Benji responded, frowning slightly. Perhaps Elena had some sort of certifiable mental illness other than idiocy? Probably something like Alzheimer, but for the young.

Elena sighed. "I miss Lacy. She helped me remember important stuff," she muttered, wishing her imaginary friend was still around.

Heidi sighed, patting Paul on the shoulder. "Don't worry about it," she stated, forcing a grin. She's told Joey that if he made Erika cry, she'd kill him. He'd made her cry, and that wasn't a promise she had ever intended on breaking.

Kira sighed, pushing herself to her feet, a vine returning the blankets to the treehouse as she re-braided her hair. "Okay..." she responded reluctantly. She didn't like leaving the forest, but she wanted Nathan, the old Nathan, to be happy. She sneezed again, before looking at the fire with a frown. Various plants grew around it, before smothering it. "I-I'll go with you."

Melaney's eyes had turned frightened and shattered. A look of panic passed across her face. "S-s-s-sage?" she stuttered, shrinking back into her chair.

Kira frowned at this. "Y-You should try, you know... He's your kid, n-not Eithne's..." she mumbled, clenching her fist. How could Nathan just slack off like that? It was his kid, he'd helped make it. "You shouldn't be irresponsible wh-when it comes t-to children, especially your own."
