Kira's blush got darker, though she she smiled slightly, happy that Luke thought something so good about her. "O-Okay..." she replied simply, her voice still sounding quite happy despite how embarrassed she felt. Emotions were complicated.

Elena covered her head protectively, letting out a whimper. She liked her hair to be not tangled, but she didn't like the process needed to get it that way.

Erika sat Elena down in a chair and went into the cubby space that thy usually stored supplies or food in and came back with a sealed container and a comb.

Erika unscrewed the lid and took out some clear substance. "This straightens out hair pretty well. You just need to comb it through a couple of times then we rinse it out of your hair."

"Is it gonna burn my hair?" Elena asked, frowning. She didn't like the looks of that stuff.

Kira stood up, stretching out her arms. "I think I'm going to do some weeding..." she mused aloud.

Heidi scowled, closing er eyes in focus as she tried to navigate the blood through the hydra. "What does the heart feel like?" she muttered to herself. She knew nothing about the anatomy of a hydra.

"Thanks," Kira smiled. When Luke stood up, the bench turned to dust, as she walked over to the patch of dirt. Kneeling next to it, she started weeding, humming to herself.

The Hydra let out a roar as it felt the shadows and the blood. And then Nathan made a ripping movement.

All of the hydra's heads but one were completely destroyed. But this time no ink shot out instead the Hydra let out a strangled cry.

"Tom. Encase it in crystal and then shatter it!" Nathan said as a darkness tendril wrapped around Heidi and Melaney and began to pull them away.

Tom gestured, the earth rising up and encasing what was left of the Heidi in crystal. Then Tom's hands glowed with the green of the Flow and the crystal shattered. Tom had to raise a shield around Melaney and Heidi as they moved to prevent the giant rocks from colliding with them.

Erika started gently massaging the cream into Elena's hair. Once she was done covering it from roots to ends she rinsed her hands and grabbed the comb, starting to tease the remaining tangles out.
