Kira hesitantly followed after Luke, figuring the food was fine. She'd rather be with him than the fire.

A vine reached up, pulling the knife out of the figure's hand, before wrapping around them. Kira moved forward, another vine wrapping loosely around Luke's hand with the throwing knife. "D-Don't do th-that..." she mumbled, a desperate tone surfacing in her voice.

The figure struggled, trying to get out of the vine. "L-let go of me!"

Kira moved closer to the figure, bending down to their eye level. "Shh, don't worry," she soothed. "No one's going to hurt you... My name is Kira and he's Luke. What's your name?"

Under the hood, revealed the face of a young kid, about eleven, with eyes that were both terrified out of their mind, and tired as hell. "S-s-sara..."

Kira smiled. "That's a pretty n-name..." she told Sara as she picked up the knife, carefully handing it to Luke. "I'm sorry, but if you have other weapons, can you please give them to me? Don't worry, Luke's very strong, he won't let anyone hurt you."

Sa tried to take a step back. She had no idea who they were, and while the girl seemed niced, she was not just about to give them her only way to defend herself.

Kira frowned, the vine tightening around Sara. "Please, Sara. I promise, Luke won't hurt you unless you try to hurt us."

Sara screamed out when the vines began to tighten. It was getting harder to breath, and now she believed the girl was trying to kill her.

Kira flinched at the scream, dropping the vine completely.

Sara droped to ground as well, now on her hands and knees, as she tried to catch her breath.

Kira let out a whimper, glancing over her shoulder at Luke with a desperate look, before patting Sara on the back. "I-I-I'm s-s-sor-r-ry...I..." she stuttered, her calm tone gone. The fire was being left unattended...

Sara backed away from the girl, now more terrified then ever before. "S-s-stay...."

One of the vines wrapped around Sara again, as Kira started to panic, backing towards Luke.

Sara let out another scream as the vines once again tried to wrap around her, and she tried to escaped them. Why...Why was the girl doing this to her....?

Joey turned hearing more screaming. "Now what..."

[Big Uri]

Luke caught Kira as she backed towards him, trying to calm her down.

"Hey. I'm not going to go towards you, you'd understandably think I was trying to attack you. Keep moving through this forest, that way, and you'll come to a village. They'll keep you safe. Sorry for any trouble we caused, but we get of dangerous people walking around here."

Feeling Luke grabbing her arm, Kira whimpered another apology, dropping the vines. She didn't want to hurt anyone, but she didn't want Luke to protect her all the time, either.

Sara fell to the ground, she had already been tired and stressed when she came to the forest, the added fear caused by Luke and Kira had been the final straw, causing her to lose consiousness.

Kira let out a worried whimper, hesitantly moving towards the girl, glancing over her shoulder at Luke, before kneeling next to her and checking her pulse. She seemed okay... Biting her lip, she started to search the girl for weapons. After that she'd move her to the treehouse.

"Should we bring her to the village or should we take care of it?" Luke asked, retrieving his knife, cleaning it, and putting it back in its sheath.

"I-I-I don't kn-know... B-But the noodles a-are probably b-b-burnt..." Kira bit her lip. She didn't particularly want to venture out to the village, but she figured Luke would make a better decision than her.

It was soon discovered that the was a secod knife that Sara had been gripping before she lost consiousness. Suprisingly she kept a firm grip on it, due to weeks of holding it, and gripping i during sleep, in case she was attacked.

Kira frowned, trying to carefully take the knife from the girl. She didn't want to startle her and get stabbed.

But it was no good, Sara just wouldn't let go.

Kira sighed, calming flowers growing around both her and Sara as she continued to slowly try to work the knife from her grip.

Sara tensed up as she fellt something move. Her grip tightened on the knife.
