Melaney sighed. She was seriously tired of fighting. As the shadows grew dense around her, the twin pistols suddenly found their way to her hands, bullets whipping themselves at Nathan.

She suddenly appeared behind the blanket, short brown hair untouched by time or nature, face looking as if she was just a regular teen from before. Spread across her pale face was a red blush, eyes averted.

Darkness swirled around Nathan and tore the bullets out the air. The adult disappeared in a flash and appeared a few yards in front of Mealeny. Darkness needle's arced towards her.

"Or you have to survive two minutes in a fight with me." The needles increased in speed and amount.

Kira stood up, hearing a faint scream. Telling Luke to stay where he was, she jumped out of the treehouse, a vine taking her safely to the ground, before heading towards where she heard the screaming.

Nathan smirked. "Gun's? They're nothing compared to this." He switched power and lightning swirled around him. "Your hard as iron shadows aren't going to stop this."

He raised his hand to sky and he began to generate sparks. With a snap of his hand he shot lightning at Mealeny at the speed of light.
