"Sorry, but I have no time to deal with you guys." Joey said to the Illuminati, before the jeep began to glow. "I have something to do right now." He finished saying, as the jeep repaired itself, with Joey now standing on it, signaling to something up above.

"N-N-Nothing...Th-Th-There's n-n-nothing..." Kira mumbled to Luke, shaking her head as she quickly averted her gaze from the car.

"I think I'm going to go find someway to help. Maybe blow someone away." Zackary started to walk off into town. Sage sighed and followed behind him.

I've got to keen an eye on him...make sure he doesn't kill himself...

In the next few minutes, Ven flew done, gripping the jeep with his talons, before flying upwards. "I'll be back in a few minutes."

Tom beckoned with his hand and the earth rose up in front of him, flipping his aggressor over his head and sending him flying towards the tower behind Tom. A fist rose up out of the ground, smashing through the two swords and going to slam the invulnerable man in the chest. 

"So this is adult-level Flow," Tom murmured, only using a fraction of his power. Then he remembered his manners. "I'm Tom."

"Don't be so quick to reject help when it's coming to you." Jacob responded to Joey. "You can't take all of them on, no matter how strong you think you are." ]are."

The Illuminati split up and begin to defeat any of the attackers with a cold efficiency. None were killed but as the group spanned out they soon began to clear out the enemy.

"Fuck off!" Heidi shouted, though one couldn't be sure whether she was talking to Nathan or the kid that had just punched her in the stomach. She got her revenge, swiftly jabbing him in the stomach with the blunt end of her spear, and knocking him to the ground. His head hit the ground with a thump as he slipped into unconsciousness.

Next to her, a girl was screaming, blood dripping from her eyes. "Shut up," Heidi muttered, the blunt end of her spear suddenly becoming pointed as it stabbed the girl through the chest.

Elena quivered, clinging to Simon's arm. Weren't these the people Erika had said to avoid?

"Kids... attacking..." Simon said, getting in air.

The person who was in the jeep sobbed as the clcok continued to tick, cursing the boy who had created the bomb strapped to their chest...

Before Erika could do anything else, a small wing-up toy appeared at her feet. Before she could smash it a gas blew into her face, causing her to get very dizzy...

All the teens in the group put gassmasks over their faces. The sound of a helicopter could be heard overhead.

Joey and Ven heard the helicopter, nad then turned around to see what it was.

Another burst of lightning killed the other adult as Nathan watched Heidi and Tom.

Eithne nodded before looking at Simon and Elena. "Stay here okay." He said pointing at a metal bungalow type building. "That's my place, hide in there."

With that he sped forward; using kinetic energy to burst forward at speed that was equal to Nathan's Super Speed.

Carly appeared next to Erika with her breath held. She unleashed a blinding burst of light and grabbed the woman. "It's your wedding day, you shouldn't be on the ground."

Hearing the helicopter, Zackary turned and looked up into the air. "You have to be kidding me with this. A fucking helicopter. Easy pickings,"

"What if they're allies?"

"I don't care. The air is my space." Zackary responded, his hand glowing underneath his cloak. "All those up in the air must be destroyed for entering my space without my permission."

"Zack! Get a grip!" Sage turned to the group, seeing the woman in the dress start to seem dizzy. "If you're going to attack anyone...get the kids, they're poisoning the air."

He turned to see them, snapping his fingers to cause a huge gust of wind. "Now now, toys shouldn't be used as weapons." Seeing the woman appear, Zackary huffed. "Why don't you leave them to me and get her out of here, woman."

The the group of kids began to float up into the air, almost like puppets on a string. They grabbed onto the rope that had came down from the helicopter.

Paul watched them with disinterest. "Figures I'd show up late."

Heidi's spear shifted into a sword as she swung it around in a circle, slashing at the kids who were closing in on her, before it changed back into a spear. Picking the one that had been the closest to her, she stabbed at him, egging the remaining kids on. "Aren't you going to defend your fallen comrades? Don't you even know what that tower means? Pathetic!"

Once they reached the helicopter, it zoomed away into the distance. The curly-haired boy lifted his gasmask to show a pale face covered in soot with hazel eyes. "What about the others?"

"Boss's orders to leave them behind."

"My brother's-!" The teen said, moving to attack the pilot, but was held back by the white-haired girl.

"Eric, calm down!"

"Should I blow them out of the sky now?" Zackary asked with hsi hand glowing, waiting for the go ahead to blow them out of the sky.

"They're retreating...let them go..." Sage sighed.

Joey flew off toward the nearby mountain, about several miles away, before flying upwards, the about-to-explode-jeep still in Ven's talons.

Tom's attack knocked the man back, but he was otherwise unharmed. The man with super strength connected with the wall, landing on the earth with a thump. Tom opened the earth beneath him, closing it up so his bottom half was trapped. He realised the other opponent was invulnerable. 

He glowed and olive green for a minute, without any visible effects, but as the invulnerable man picked himself up, the ground opened up beneath him, and he fell into a deep pit. The ground closed above his head, trapping him with no air supply.

The super strength guy broke loose, kicking a huge boulder at Tom, but the blind boy gestured, moving the boulder back. The man shattered it, breaking it up, but Tom stuck a few pieces together and rammed them forward, pinning the man against the tower by his neck. Another movement of Tom's hands caused the tower itself to move and hit against the man's head, knocking him out. 

Finally, another gesture caused the earth to erupt, shooting out an unconscious body with a dust plume. The boy landed heavily, unconscious due to oxygen deprivation. Tom refrained from making some sort of victory jibe.

Kira's eyes flickered upward at the sound of the retreating helicopter. They were running away? Maybe to get reinforcements, or more bombs, or something. What if they were going to blow up her forest? Her breathing started to get erratic as she began to panic, realizing she'd left her jacket back in the forest.

"So um..." Paul started, poking a dead body with his foot, "who peed in their Cheerios?"

"Is that...Mr. Paul?!" Sage asked, he was one of the few she actually remembered from the Acer tournament. She ran in the direction she heard Paul's voice from.

Zackary silently followed behind, disappointed that he couldn't blow the bastards away.

Adeline sighed, before releasing the souls she took back to their respective bodies. They'll still be unconscious for a while...

A few of the kids still left alive seemed to have lost a haze over their eyes. A few began to run before quickly being captured by the villagers while others just dropepd to the ground crying. Josh and his brother had began to run while Paul wasn't looking.

Luke gave her another hug, though he was quite warm, like a hot water bottle. 

"Hey, hey, don't worry. Look, they're going, no need to fret. I'm here to protect you, remember?" he murmured soothingly.

Paul rolled his eyes at the ones running away, focusing an intense amount of Flow to remove the feeling in their legs.
