"A-ah, y-yes?" Simon replied, very uncomfortable with the half-dressed Erika in front of him.

"Can you get some flowers I put in the fridge?"

The black-ahired boy nodded, dashing off.

Heidi let out a yelp of pain, falling to the ground. Her clothes and hair were singed, along with parts of her skin. After a moment of not moving, she pushed herself to her feet, wincing in pain. The red in her eyes was flickering.

Five minutes later. Erika was sprinting out the door, dragging Elena and Simon along with her. "Gotta get to the Church, gotta get to the Church...!"

"Control it!" Nathan growled as he sped past Heidi, making sure to place a hand on her neck and inject electricity into her system before retreating to a fair distance.

Heidi let out another yelp of pain, clutching her neck as she swayed a bit on the spot, struggling to remain conscious. She tried to slow down her rapidly beating heart from all the shocks, but she could barely stand, let alone control her pulse.

"I know, I know!" Erika replied, ushering Simon and Elena to their positions while a few people helped her straighten out her dress and change her shoes from fuzzy slippers to sandals.

Simon went to the small piano in the corner of the church and began to play.

Sparks cackled around his body as he faced her. "Think of the people you care about, Tom, Simon, Erika... And let them be the reason why you're controlling your ability."

Elena closed her eyes, quietly humming along with Simon's playing as she clutched her basket of flower petals.

Heidi opened a single green eye, beginning to say something, before it flashed back to red. What Nathan failed to understand was that once she lost control, she wasn't conscious of what she was doing. The one thing she wanted was to see blood. Heidi ran towards Nathan, her spear aimed once again.

"Simon will die, unless you learn to control it." Nathan yelled. He briefly lapsed into Telepathy to hammer the thought home with a mental image to accompany it.

Erika's hair was down like usualy, but with a slight wave to it and a garland of flowers also woven into her hair. She was wearing a simple white dress with long-sleeves that they had found one day. It was a bit old-fashioned in style, but the girl loved it. It had reminded her of the photos at her parents wedding that she would go through when she was little...

All thoughts racing her head stopped when she saw Joey.

Elena continued humming as she started throwing the flower petals, trying to hit some people occasionally.

Heidi froze, her eyes wide. "No no no no no no no..." she repeated, dropping her spear. She clutched her head, trembling. "He's not dead, he can't be dead," she muttered.
